Export benefits for merchant exporter

20 January 2016 We are Merchant Exporters buying goods from 100% EOU & SEZ and exporting the same. We are giving them Disclaimer Certificate and not taking any export benefit. If we buy goods from a non EOU or Non SEZ manufacturer who is even not covered under Excise net, what export benefits we can get.

30 January 2016 if you procure goods from NON EOU UNITS or non sez Units & exports these goods mentioned in MEIS SCHEDULE & DUTY DRAY BACK SCHEDULE are admissible for the incentive.
