Thank you so so much, sir. Do you have any idea why we calculate Minimum stock level in costing? We re order lever is sufficient for us but still we calculate minimum level and also deduct average consumption, what is the logic behind it and why we take normal consumption only why not minimum consumption.

Mini mum Stock Level is below the re-order Level..At Reorder Level fresh order to be made whereas a Minimum Level is a level of stock which should always be maintained.
