I am receiving comission of rs. 500,000/- on shoes sales. and paying salary of Rs. 120000/- to my one emplyee.
can i claim the expenses when i file the ITR?

Yes, you can claim expenses as your business expense. You have to prepare Income & Expenditure Account and have to file ITR-4 for your commission income.
