In Business, whether expenses such as Director's remuneration, partner's salary, interest to partner are real actual payments or notional payments?

Such expenses are actual payment.

Such expenses are allowed on accrul or cash basis depending upon the accounting method adopted by the concern. However, in no case, it is allowed on notional payments
