20 November 2012 if any CA get an operation and claim the expences as business exp by argueing that this operation will increse its efficiency , is it right ?
please reply as fast as possible

20 November 2012 NO. Good many number of case laws have been decided on this. (Especially of Lawyers and Doctors.) Surprisingly no case law of any CA.

There was new case law under which lawyer was successful in claiming so as CA can also claim.
