please advise us these expense (salary/wages expense and electricity expense & petrol/diesel expense ) details fill in GST3B or Not ?

No it is not required to be filled in

Non-GST expenses such as salary/wages, electricity, and petrol/diesel are not included in GST 3B because they do not directly impact GST liabilities or ITC claims.
