new trend of purchasing iconic series phone no...( 942800000,9428155555 etc....) has begun ....
& noe i think it's legal also ... as bsnl always sending maseege for such no.s online selling , & people r taking it worth in thousnds ( also for vehicle series no. )
suppose such expenditure is 50000
my question is that wether such exp. is allowed ????
for 1 ) prop.
2) company
purpose of such exp. is solely of human tendency to take similar no. as of preceeding or to satisfy himself ..... it can be say like ..james bond on seeing 007

IF you have proper bill for the expenses made then the expenses is allowed. Applicable for Prop and company also.

For prop i think it will be treated as his personal expenses becuase it in any way does not relates to the business exoenses and for the company it will be like a perquisite to his employee or one can say luxury offered by the employer.
