This discussion clarifies the process for updating your exit from service in the PF portal. While employers typically handle this, it can take up to a month to reflect online. For employees with over 10 years of service, direct withdrawal of the EPS amount isn't possible; instead, you'll receive a scheme certificate and pension from age 58. If you encounter delays, contacting your local EPF office is recommended for guidance.

No, this is not correct. If your service period is more than 10 years, you cannot withdraw the EPS amount. You can fill the Composite Claim Form along with the Form 10C to get the scheme certificate. Pension will be paid to you after attaining the age of 58 years.
