23 July 2017 please advice i have existing stock of Rs 10 lakhs, can i sale that goods after july 1st with gst or with out gst under normal scheme.

23 July 2017 how i can claim input tax credit on that goods. and mam please refer the relevant sec or rule which guide the that goods which are existing before appointed day can with sale by adding gst .

23 July 2017 You can avail ITC on stock as per rules. Also credit available in your VAT Return is also transferred to GST.
