19 June 2013 Please let me know the exemption for security service provider.
If security service is provided to temple and education society, is there is any exemption.

19 June 2013 For applicability of reverse charge in the context of manpower supply service..

service receiver is company or business entity incorporated as body corporate.

society is not coming under definition of business entity registered as body corporate.
So reverse charge not applicable to society as a service receiver.

I am providing security service.
to Schools, college and mandir's so under S.T can i claim the exemption of the service provided.

20 June 2013 no..reverse charge not applicable to them so you need to bill them as before..

in shortly see status of those schools,colleges if it is companies or llp reversecharge applicable so you have to charge only 25% in other case charge fully in ur invoice as before
