A Ltd. has set up an industrial Unit and is enjoying Exemption U/s 80 IC since 2005. Now, it is planning to set up another industrial unit at a different place in the N.E region. For how many years the new unit will enjoy exemption?

A new undertaking in North Eastern State could get deduction U/s 80IC had it been established prior to 1st April 2007.
