CAN WE CLAIM EXEMPTION U/S 11 IF FORM 10B FILED AFTER DUE DATE
11 March 2022
If form 10B is delayed upto 365 days, the authority has been given to Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions) (CIT -E ) to condone the delay after satisfying themselves that there was a reasonable cause.
