16 August 2011 If a foreign resident comes to India for serving indian company for 20-25 days and draws salary from indian company, is there any exemption provision u/s. 10 for the same?

17 August 2011 If his services are not covered under any agreement with the central government, are of not in such exempt category,
Salary or professional fee payable to him will be taxable in India.
