Exemption to mutual fund distributors-date of applicability?

19 May 2012 as per recent amendment service tax on commission to mutual fund distributors has been exempted.

but i am confused regarding date of its applicability ? if anyone has any idea then plz let me know.

20 May 2012 Dear, the notification is not effected yet

The effective date is yet to be pronounce. The same notification came into effect only after the negative list come into play.
