Exemption on tds (tds on interest)

20 September 2016 If I have loan on asset from some financial company (i.e. Srei Finance, Magma Finance, HDB Finance or DHFL), can this compnay's CA provide me CA Certificate - form 26A to exempt TDS on interest?? And if they provided it after filing of my ITR then is it valid for exemption on TDS???

22 September 2016 it is the principle laid down in few of the cases that if the PAYER fails to make the TDS but the payee has made sufficient arrangements to pay the same, then PAYER need not be penalised.....The form 26A is a sufficient proof on the part of PAYER that PAYEE has made the sufficient arrangement to pay the tax
