EXEMPTION LIMIT 80 D

pls tell me the exemption limit under sec 80 D .i m paying insurance premium of 10000 for my policy and Rs 12000 for my parents . How muach amount can i claim.

deduction in respect of Medical insureance premia u/s 80D is rs.15,000/-
& this limit would be 20,000/- if one of the familiy member is senior citizen
& this limit would be 20,000/- if one of the familiy member is senior citizen
