Exemption from service tax

12 September 2013 I have got registration in service tax in 1 st March 2012, then in which A/Y I claim exemption 2012-13 or 2013-14. In case if I have transaction in march or otherwise i have not any transaction in march?

If your transaction is below 10 lacs in each year, you can claim exemption. But you are supposed to get registration when your turnover crosses 9 lacs.
