07 September 2013 u/s 10(23 c) an exemption is available in respect of any income received by any person on behalf of the following

ANY HOSPITAL OF ITS AGGREGATE ANNUAL RECEIPTS DO NOT EXCEEDS THE PRESCRIBED LIMIT OF RS ONE CRORE

08 September 2013 10(23c) refers to the income of the institution and not the income of the employee. Hence the employee doctor can't get the benefit of section 10(23C).
