16 September 2017 A person dealing in 100% in exempted goods, is he required to get register under gst if his turnover exceeds 20 lakhs and he also makes interstate supply.?

16 September 2017 Yes. I agreed to Mr Somil., If deal only exempted goods then Don't want registration under GST for intra state supplies... In case you ll be sell your goods to Inter state then You want to registration compulsory....

16 September 2017 Yes. HSN code is mandatory based on the turn over limit. You ll be follow the same as exempted goods....
