A person dealing in 100% in exempted goods, is he required to get register under gst if his turnover exceeds 20 lakhs and he also makes interstate supply.?

If deals only in exempted goods no registration required but making inter state Supply then registration required

Yes. I agreed to Mr Somil.,
If deal only exempted goods then Don't want registration under GST for intra state supplies...
In case you ll be sell your goods to Inter state then You want to registration compulsory....

thanks.. one thing more.. that is it necessary to mention hsn number on invoice even in case of exempted goods .

Yes as per rules it is compulsory

Yes. HSN code is mandatory based on the turn over limit. You ll be follow the same as exempted goods....
