Can the Consignee address mention in the excise/tax Invoice (6 months Old) of the manufacturer be amended.
revision is to include a
Consigneed addess as :
goverment organization (Jharkhand) A/c of a trader (Pune)
Initialy only the trader name (Pune) was mentioned
Now the government orgainzation, is can claim excise benefit.
please suggest is the same possible.

As invoice is a document of delivery also not possible. Trader could be registered as a dealer and pass on the ED.
