Dear sir, The Items are covered Under central Excise. The point of time when you are Cross the Turnover limit 1.5 crores then you have take Central Excise registration as a manufacturer. That turnover Includes only Manufacturing but not trading. If you have any furthur Clarifications Please send me reply. Thank you sir.
