02 September 2011 I have applied for excise registration but registration certificate not issued by excise department even after 30days.

according to central excise superintendent there is some technical problem in department system.

What can I do ?

one of my friend says that If RC is not issued after 30 days then it will be deemed to be issued. Is it correct ?

03 September 2011 Dear Sir,

My question is Whether excise registration deemed to be issued after 30 days of application & document submission if not issued by excise authorities ?

This is not resolved by this pdf file.

04 September 2011 If no registration certificate has been received then write a letter to the senior officer who will direct to issue the registration certificate. If there is any defect then the department should have communicated to you for removal of defect. Yes there is provision of deemed registration but you should have all the papers duly acknowledgement by the department for filing of your application with correct jurisdiction

04 September 2011 I have communicated with Addl. Commissioner of CE by personally. But according to him there is some technical problem in department system. They are not giving me any written letter for it.

I have a acknowledgment of application received by department and correct juridiction.
