Excise on cotton material

If my raw material is cotton cloth on which i am doing further process like cutting,embroidery work than this product cover under excise able goods or not.whether excise duty charged or not? plz. reply.

It is exempt from excise duty under notification NO. 11/2013 dated 1.3.2013.
