X Company is acquired by Y company through Asset purchase or Share purchase, then do we require to obtain any New Registration or amendment or any intimation. Plz advise in detail
Suppose, We change the name after acquisition then what is the situation because i may need to change PAN Card details......Plz guide me in details...
