Excise for dealers

Dear Gurus ,
we are a growing trading company for engineering items . We represent manufacturers who sells to us with excise paid invoice . Our query as follows :-
1. Can we as dealer pass on that excise to the final consumers ?
2. Is there any risk of knowing our purchase price by end consumer .

For passing the excise duty you need to registered with central excise as a dealer. No need to disclose purchase price.
