03 August 2012 can any one tell me as to the rounding of excise duty?

I wanted to know whether the rounding of the same is made inclusive of cess or duty alone.

if E.Duty id 298.56= 300,ok then calculate cess, wase r/off ki jarurat nhi padegi. cess me.
