Pls suggest me answer of following questions :
a) What is d Excise duty payable on reprocessing of plastic granules ?
b) Is it exempt from excise duty payable ?
c) What is d SSI scheme under excise Act ?
kindly provide respective circulars & notifications also

Duty will be paid on final product from reprocessing. Rate of duty will be depend upon the classification of final product. SSI exemption will be available upto 1.5cr.
