Sir,
can anyone tell me that If i receive goods from party as goods rejected to whom goods sold 2 year back, Can I claim Excise duty.My Unit is manufacturing and excisable unit.

Yes the credit based on the cysomters invoice or your own invoice is possible under Rule 16. No time limit.
