Dear All
Pls advice ?
our company having two branch - mumbai and banglore both are registered in excise act.
if mumbai branch transfer semi finished foods banglore office. we have removal semi-finished goods with or without excise duty

If goods will be return from the factory then you can send the goods on jobwork challan, goods will not return to the factory then removed on taxable invoice.

but Excise Duty charge only Finished goods not a semi -finished . we have Transfer semi-finished goods our branch not job work.
