Specific Query is: Capital Goods imported under epcg license. EO fullfilled. Licence redeemed and EODC received.

Now, if we sale these capital goods does this sale attarct the excise duty . Do we need to charge the excise duty on sale of these capital goods.

Pls answer and if any notification/ circular is avialable please update.

Excise duty will be charged or not on sale of capital goods imported under epcg scheme.

EO fullfilled and licence is redeemed.

11 April 2013 it will be best if you not export though this EPCG licence irrespective of EODC received or Not.

Now we are not exporting through this epcg license. Licence redeemed , eodc received.

Now we want to sale the capital goods.
Do we need to charge the excise duty on this sale or not? Please comment.
