Dear all,
Excise duty increase 10% TO 12% in Budget 2012-13 my question is our client given purchase order before budget that time duty mentioned 10% in purchase order. material despatch after Budget which duty we can charge.

as per Excise authority duty is applicable from the announcement of the budget.how do you say from 1st april? this is correct or wrong.Please replay
