PLEASE TELL ME WHEN SHIFTING OF FACTORY FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER STOCK OF OLD FACTORY IS TRANSFERD TO NEW FACTORY WHETHER EXCISE DUTY IS APLLICABLE ON THE SUCH GOODS TRANSFERD (MANUFACTURING UNIT)

You can transfer the unutilized cenvat credit of inputs and capital goods from one place to another place shift your factory. You should consult with any professional in this regards.

you have to take registration for new factory and then you can make billing with new registration number , and then you can take cenvat in new factory.
