Excise applicability is sales to exportors

08 December 2011 Sir, Sales of My Company is 95% to Exportors, and now sales is going to cross 1.50 Crore Limit. Is Excise Number is mandatory to my company as sales to non Exoportor is only 6.00 Lac, If Excise is not applicable, then I have to inform or get registration in Excise Department.
Sir It is very urgent.

09 December 2011 noted that if your item does not occurs in excise, no compulsion for Registration in excise.
