Excise and vat

dear sir,
our company is exporter of auto parts. we receive order from our buyer for new parts. then we purchase tools and dies for making that parts, we raise invoice to buyer to recover tool die cost.
I want to know whether excise duty & vat is applicable or not

Both option is available. You can purchase the goods for export without payment of duty and also you can purchase the goods with payment of duty and take cenvat credit.
