Can A person operate as a dealer and a manufacturer from the same premise.

Definately yes.. but there shall be issues with regard to the trading stock getting mixed with the manufactured stock, also department people would treat your trading turnover to manufacturing turnover etc issues crop up.. hence normally it is advised to have separate premises and avoid practical difficulties..
