1. CVD & 4 % Addl Duty can claim as cenvat credit and utilize against Excise duty payment
2. Excise duty on Purchase of Assets also avail as cenvat credit on CG and utilize, (1st yr 50% and next year 50% credit to be avail)
There are some conditions for availment of CG cenvat credit , Plz read the definition
