We purchase chemical local in bulk eg 1500 kg per tank.out of which I want to sale this material three different customer 500 each. for this transaction what kind of registration to be taken manufacturer or dealer.

Repacking from bulk tankers into small containers and affixing label/sticker of manufacturer's and appellant's firm name is not manufacture- Ram Kishore Chemicals vs. CCE 2002(145) ELT 106(CESTAT). You need to registered as a dealer.

If you want to issue Excise Invoice and pass on the cenvat credit to buyer, then you required to registered in Excise.
