PURCHASES FROM REGULAR PARTIES ARE NORMAL PURCHASES. THE TERM CONSIGNMENT IS DIFFERENT.
HERE AGENT AND PRINCIPAL ARE INVOLVED. PRINCIPAL WILL SEND THE MATERIALS TO AGENT ON STOCK TRANSFER (CONSIGNMENT ACCOUNT) BASIS AND IF ANY PURCHASE IS MADE FROM THAT ACCOUNT WILL BE CONSIGNMENT PURCHASE.
