(2) Rate:as per tarriff rate
(3)Cenvat Credit avail and utilised in final product removal.
(4)Deposit:Every Month on 5th
(5)RG-1 and cenvat record like RG-23-A&C PART-1/II
(6)Return File every month 10 th
(7)yes
(8)every yr excise interal audit also conduct by excise dept.
