I am newly excisable trader plz clarify which return i will have to file, ER-1, ER-3 or any other.....

28 December 2015 You need to file ER-3 since you dont have any business in previous year hence return to to filed by 10th of month following each quarter

28 December 2015 Above mentioned site will provide you the xml schema or excel utility which you would have to submit to the department using aces user id password
