Dear experts,
one of client has purchased the excisable goods. in which some goods is damage, plz let me know weather my client need to issue the debit note to supplier or sale invoice..

Yes, they can issue the debit note and return the defected goods to the principal manufacturer they will replaced the goods and you can avail the remaining cenvat credit after receipt of the goods.
