10 February 2012 Dear Sir,
If we have Exported the material for sample not for commercial purpose. So we need to submit Exchange control Copy with additional documents in Bank or not necessary.

10 February 2012 AS PER PROVISION OF RBI, IF YOUR PAYMENT IS REALISED AND FIRC RECEIVED BY YOU. THEN ALSO SUBMIT THE EXC. CONTROL COPY OF SHIPPING BILL ALONGWITH THE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS i.e invoice, P/l,firc/certificate of origin,insurance/ bill of lading.

But we havent received the payment from party only that shipment was sample purpose. then we need the submit Exchange control copy or not. please advice.

10 February 2012 actually chaturvedi ji,

there are also condition in this case.

first buyer:says that they will issue payment and second is all the expenses up to receiving the sample bear by them.

it Depends on your BOSS intention, it can be possible that buyer can send the amount after order and after more shipment .

ask your BOSS in this case.
