Dear Sir, If we have Exported the material for sample not for commercial purpose. So we need to submit Exchange control Copy with additional documents in Bank or not necessary.

AS PER PROVISION OF RBI, IF YOUR PAYMENT IS REALISED AND FIRC RECEIVED BY YOU. THEN ALSO SUBMIT THE EXC. CONTROL COPY OF SHIPPING BILL ALONGWITH THE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS i.e invoice, P/l,firc/certificate of origin,insurance/ bill of lading.
But we havent received the payment from party only that shipment was sample purpose. then we need the submit Exchange control copy or not. please advice.
