Excess tds deducted

can anybody tell me, what i have to do if i have deduct tax of my subcontractor @ 1.3% instead of 1.03%. what should be do with excess amount of tds deducted.

Deposit the entire amount deducted to the credit of central government. The sub contractor will claim refund from IT dept.
