Excess service tax has been collected and deposited. However now customer wants to get back excess collection. How to solve this problem?

15 September 2011 This is not a problem as the customer who has paid excess service tax can adjust against the service tax collected and service tax payable.

You have no authority to refund any tax collected and paid by you.
