One of my Client had issued bill to client and already paid a service tax to the department. now we have to change many bills. My question is that can i revise my return or claim which i had paid excess service tax.

yes you can..
for detail read rule 6(3) of service tax rules.
you have to issue CR. Note to the clients for the services not provided or negotiated.

My question is that can i revise my return or claim which i had paid excess service tax? Bill is revised after Service tax paid to government?
