07 July 2017 Sir i have wrongly paid excess tds 1323000 how can i get this back/refund .
please brief me process ...

even i visited to department they told me we had never been issued in refund order in respect of excess tds payment

08 July 2017 If you have to pay TDS in future than kindly not pay the amount till 1323000, and adjust the amount while filling the TDS return
