Excess leave

08 August 2014 I had to serve excess leave of 6 days, but if I serve and write in form 108 as 12 days served, so i hope ICAI dosent have any problem. If anyone has done so please, help.

08 August 2014 I had actually served 12 days and want to write it as 12 only,as I cant leave the audit assigned to me unfinished, so completed it in 12 days.(and I think articles do this thing)
But when inquired same at Institute, they told me I should write in form 108 as 6 days only.

09 August 2014 see even if you write 12 days, ICAI cannot do anything. however, yes 6 days should be right number to write.
