Excel formula for tds delay month calculation

Dear Sir,
Kindly share the Excel formula for TDS Delay months Calculation.
Eg : if TDS Deduction Date is 04/05 /2013 and its due date is 07/06/2013. But Deducted deposited TDS amount on 09/06/13 the it should be display 02 delay months.
Note : For each month due date is 07th of Next month except March is 30th Apr

1)TDS deduction date in cell "C1"
2)DUE DATE in Cell "C2"
3)Paid date in Cell "C3"
4)Delay can be caluculated "C3-C1" which will be in cell "C4"
5)Give IF Formulae as below
=IF[C4>30,2,1]
It will give results as you desired

Dear Sir,
In the above formula you have not considered the Cell "C3". Pls refer the below equation Tds deduction date is 04-04-13 and due date 07-05-13. If we apply the said formula then it return the value 2 months delay. But actually there is no delay months.

1)In C6 formulae =C2-C3
2)In C7 Formulae =IF(C5>0,C4,0)
I guess error resolved now!!!

The below formula will short out your query
For Due Date formula will be =
EDATE(A2,1)-DAY(A2)+7
Note : A2 is date of deduction
For no of month Defaults Formula will be =--(IF(B2
Note B2 is due date calculated above & C2 is actual date of deposit
For Due Date formula will be =
