What formula to be applied in excel work sheet for calculation of interest on tds?

Just apply interest rate on 1.5% per month multiplied by number of months delay

As part of month is to be treated as month .so how to get excel formula

count as delay in 30 days and balance days round off to month or provide details and mail id to send
