04 October 2013 sir.. m an ipcc passed student nd started my articleship on 14 oct 2011 ans it ws getting terminate on 13 oct 2014 .bt on 22 sep 2013 my principal died..so i wnt to know if in 1 month m nt able to trnsfer then suppose if my srticleship extends upto nov 2014 ..then in may 2014 m i applicable to give my ca final exam....plzzz rly soon as possible sir

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

In your case your 30 months will expire after May, 2014 in that case you will be eligible for Nov,2014 attempt.
